Funeral Dinners

The minister lets the committee chairperson know approximately how many persons will be attending.  There are sub chairpersons for main course, salad, and dessert. The chairpersons each have a team of people that provide food for that portion of the meal. The church provides meat, bread and the drinks. The committee sets up for the dinner and cleans –up afterward.  All meals are served buffet style.
